Deposits & Payments

• All payments must be submitted via Paypal, Cash App, Apple Pay. If you would like to use direct credit or debit, please select Paypal (you do not have to make an account, you may check out as a guest)

FULL payment is required in order to begin any projects.. if your order is over $400 you are welcome to pay a 50% deposit. If you are paying a deposit; remaining balance is due before files can be sent. For website development, after the site is presented and approved by you -- you must pay the remaining balance before the site is transferred to your account. If you fail to submit the balance for your project(s), you will not receive your project(s) until the balance is paid.

• All payments, including deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If Asia's Creative Co decides to cancel a project due to personal circumstances, a refund will be given.

Refunds/Cancellations

• Refunds are not given under any circumstances, unless I am unable to complete the project and decide to cancel - to clarify: due to illness or personal issues

​

• If you would like to terminate your project you may do so, but please note that you will not be given a refund. If you are difficult to work with, I may decide to cancel your order and issue a partial refund if your order has not  been completed. If you would like to book in the future, full payment must be submitted again.

• If you abandon your order, I will contact you to try to resolve the abandonment. Abandonment does not leave me at fault - If you abandon your order, i will not refund your order. The only thing I can do is complete your order. Please come prepared and have everything in order so that your process can go smoothly. 

Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time is 7-14 business days for standard services. 24-48 Business Hours for RUSH orders; For Web Design & Bigger packages/orders, turnaround time is up to 10-20 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday (10AM - 5PM).

• Holidays & weekends are not included in turnaround time. Revision time is not included in turnaround, if revisions are needed, they may take up to 2-3 additional business days. Please keep in mind during peak seasons & sales are always busy and turnaround time MIGHT extend.

• Time is subject to extension if you do not submit all of the information needed in a timely manner. Keep in mind that I do have other clients/projects, if you fail to submit information in a timely manner, your order will be pushed to the end of the queue.

• Please note that I will update you as soon as I have one for your project. I do not update clients every single day being that I am in a focused state and working to complete orders for all of my clients. I am unable to stop and update every single step, as it is unnecessary and takes away from my design time. If there are any delays or changes I will alert you as soon as possible. Some orders may not be updated until the final business day, where I will send the completed project all together & any changes/requests needed will be handled.

Files You'll Receive

• Clients receive the following file formats: .JPG, .PNG (Transparent), .PDF

If you are needing a specific file format, please request.

• You're allowed 3 revisions if needed (Color Changes, Font Changes & Placement, Etc). After you have exceeded this limit, a $15 fee is required per revision. 

​

• Once final files are sent, no changes can be made. Please make sure your project is to your liking before approving. If you need changes, a fee will be applied depending on what is need. 

By booking with me, you are agreeing to all of the terms listed above.
